![]() | Costume Designer Robert Turturice is an award-winning costume designer who has created the costumes for numerous films, television, and stage projects. His latest project is Fame L.A., the all-new television series debuting this fall from MGM Worldwide Television. For the big screen, Robert most recently designed costumes for Joel Schumacher's much-anticipated BATMAN AND ROBIN, starring George Clooney as the Caped Crusader. His credits also include such diverse films as TURBULENCE, BEACHES, BIG TOP PEE-WEE, SAY ANYTHING, CLEAN AND SOBER, BRAIN DONORS, STARFIRE, and LIKE FATHER, LIKE SON. Robert won an Emmy for his work on the series "Moonlighting," and has been honored with eight additional nominations, including three more for "Moonlighting." His most recent nomination came for his designs for the hit series "Cybill," and he also earned nominations for "The Gambler Returns: Luck of the Draw," "Pee-Wee's Playhouse," and "The Shooting." Robert's many other television credits include Robert Butler's "White Mile," "Cagney and Lacey: The Return," "Hot Toddy," and "The Neon Empire." He has also lent his talents to an exclusive list of series, pilots, and specials, including "Arli$$," "Sisters," and "The Earth Day Special," with Bette Midler and Robin Williams. |
