It's a typical Christmas Eve in Southern California. Malibu is on fire, the Santa Ana winds are blowing fiercely, and the holiday spirit seems to be eluding the Who's Who gang with the exception of Lili, who's planning on being with her close-knit family.
It seems that nothing is going right. T.J. (T.E. RUSSELL) must mediate a huge fight that threatens to break-up the group he manages. Marcus (ANDY MILDER) is frustrated in his search for love. Reese's (STEPHANIE DICKER) alleged selfish, rich parents have departed for Bermuda and left her feeling unwanted and unloved -- yet again. Lewis & Clark (MATT WINSTON and LESLI MARGHERITA) are fighting because Adam refuses to accept a free airplane ticket from her rich parents to travel back east for the holidays. Ryan's (CHRISTIAN KANE) brother Brent has disappeared again. Finally, to add insult to injury, the cook at Who's Who has come down with a bad case of food poisoning.
Things begin to look up when Marcus finds love in the form of a beautiful, talented Finnish violinist named Ilsa (LINDA BRAVA), whom he picks up at Santa Monica Promenade under the guise of hiring her to perform at Who's Who. Will Ilsa be the woman of his fantasies?
T.J., a former gourmet sous chef, takes over kitchen duties and helps the group patch their differences. The New York airport is snowed-in, leaving the perfect opportunity for Lewis & Clark to make-up. Reese befriends a little girl at a kid's charity party at the club and finds some welcome holiday cheer. As the spirit of the season begins to rev up, everyone celebrates Christmas together, feasting on a sumptuous meal courtesy of T.J. and David. Even Lili decides to spend the evening with her newfound family of friends.
